Yang Flow: Intuitive Movement

Yang Flow and Intuitive Movement infuses techniques of traditional Yoga shapes in Hatha and Vinyasa practices to provide strength to the Yang and muscular elements of the body. We will guide ourselves intuitively and mindfully by following the rhythm of our breath.  We will tune in to how the body feels and move fluidly following the wisdom of our bodies and hearts. This is an exploration and a dance unique to your body. Activating Yang movement will invigorate Qi and empower us. This dynamic energetic practice will bring heat and rejuvenation to the body with a kind attitude. In addition, this practices infuses Yin attitude of Kindness, Softness, and Grace- this will create ease and harmony in faster or challenging movement. Our practice will be fueled by self intention. You will leave feeling inspired, connected and centered.
